About the book 

Life.exe is a story about sex, drugs and books.  It’s an exploration of language, bending words and phrases into surreal and beautiful patterns.  In Wittgenstein’s words, “If a lion could speak, we could not understand him”.  Life.exe is a demonstration of what it would be like to live among lions, linguistically speaking.  Despite the author’s use of seemingly unintelligible words, Life.exe remains a meaningful tale, accessible to all.

About the author 

Stephen Moles has had novelettes published by Swamp Tea and Biscuits and Blue Lake Review; short stories published by Pif Magazine, Red Fez, Gone Lawn, Why Vandalism? and Gemini; other shorter pieces of fiction and poetry have appeared in Molotov Cocktail, Censored Poets, Flashshots and Blink Ink; his work was also chosen for Matchbook's Google ads project. The author describes his work as "the thrown voice of infinity."

I discovered Pollen Trio through the free compilation album, The Sound of Young Canberra.   

The album 230509 is also available as a free download through hellosQuare recordings. 

There aren’t many things I’d be happy to stick on auto-repeat, but this is one of them. 

Along similar lines is 3ofmillions by Golden Calf.  Another repeater.

ESP

It’s likely that the majority of bands have meaningless names.  That is to say, the band have chosen a name that sounds kind of good, despite it having no relation to their music whatsoever.  ESP, on the other hand, consider the concept Extra Sensory Perception to be at the centre of their music.  In their own words: "The group explores this phenomena through their own synesthetic, synth-laden dreamscapes which literally overflow with hypercolored visuals."

Their eponymous album is available as a pay-what-you-like download from Bandcamp.  It's very good.
